OUR CANOPY SOLUTION
The new canopy was manufactured and professionally fitted using upgraded Strata Glass window material, offering improved clarity, durability, and resistance to distortion compared to standard canopy window materials. This premium upgrade provides a cleaner finish and improved visibility from within the cockpit area, helping maintain a high-quality appearance over time.
The completed installation delivers a fully enclosed cockpit space suitable for extended cruising and all-weather use, while complementing the styling of the vessel.
WIDE BEAM
CLIENT BRIEF
Our clients asked us to supply and fit their wide beam with a standard wide beam pram and cratch cover with zip out, roll up front side and rear panels and windows. To also include a new stainless steel frame set, fixtures and fittings.
OUR CANOPY SOLUTION
We designed, supplied and installed a bespoke pram and cratch cover system for this wide beam in black acrylic canvas and matching black binding. The installation included a brand-new stainless steel frame set with all fixtures and fittings for a strong and reliable structure.
The canopy was manufactured with zip-out, roll-up front, side and rear panels, allowing the space to be quickly adapted for ventilation, weather protection and open cruising. Integrated window panels maximise light and visibility while creating a practical and comfortable enclosed area for year-round use.
JETTON 40
CLIENT BRIEF
Supply and fit a bespoke full cockpit canopy for a Jetton 40, with integrated mesh blinds for all window panels—basically an all-round enclosure with insect/solar control built in.
OUR CANOPY SOLUTION
We recently designed, supplied, and fitted a fully bespoke cockpit enclosure for a Jetton 40, delivering all-weather protection system tailored specifically to the vessel’s layout and cruising requirements.
The installation features a full cockpit canopy system manufactured from premium marine-grade materials, providing excellent durability, weather resistance, and long-term UV stability.
A key feature of this project is the integrated mesh blind system fitted to all window panels. This allows for flexible ventilation and insect protection without compromising visibility. The system provides the option to switch between clear PVC for full enclosure and breathable mesh for warmer conditions, enhancing onboard comfort in all seasons.
The enclosure was completed using high-performance marine zips, reinforced stress points, and heavy-duty stitching throughout, ensuring reliability in demanding marine environments. Thoughtful design details, including easy-access openings and roll-up panels, allow for practical day-to-day use while underway or at anchor.
This Jetton 40 canopy system not only improves onboard comfort and usability but also enhances protection for the cockpit area, extending the usability of the vessel throughout the year.

We have recently supplied and professionally fitted a bespoke stretch cover to a narrowboat, designed to provide a precise, close-fitting layer of protection for the vessel.
Manufactured from high-quality marine-grade stretch fabric, the cover was carefully templated and cut to follow the lines of the narrowboat, ensuring a snug and secure fit. OUR CANOPY SOLUTION
We had the pleasure of transforming this classic Fairline Weekender with a fully bespoke cockpit canopy designed for life on the water.
Using the boat’s existing frame system, we created a canopy that looks right at home while making the most of the original setup. The result? A smart, practical enclosure that’s just as ready for sunny afternoon cruising as it is for those less predictable British boating days.
The design features zip-out and roll-up side and rear panels with integrated clear windows, giving the owner complete flexibility. Fully enclosed, the cockpit becomes a cosy, weather-protected space. Open it all up, and it transforms into a relaxed bimini-style setup which is perfect for catching the breeze and enjoying the sunshine.
Every detail was carefully refined during the CAD design stage, allowing us to fine-tune dimensions, headroom, and usability before manufacture even began. This meant the customer could confidently approve a canopy designed specifically around how they use their boat.
The finished canopy not only adds comfort and protection, but also complements the sleek styling of the Weekender beautifully practical, versatile, and ready for many more adventures on the water.

We supplied and fitted a fully tailored aft enclosure designed to turn the rear deck into a versatile extra living area.
Every section was carefully measured and designed specifically for the boat to ensure a neat, streamlined fit that complements the Piper’s classic styling. Large clear windows keep the area feeling open and connected to the surroundings, while still offering excellent shelter and protection when needed.
To keep things flexible, we incorporated roll-up and removable panels so the enclosure can be opened up on warm sunny cruising days or fully enclosed for extra comfort when the weather turns. It’s all about giving the owners the best of both worlds open-air boating when you want it, cosy protection when you need it.
Using CAD design during the planning stage allowed us to fine-tune the layout, headroom, and panel arrangement before manufacture, ensuring the finished enclosure worked perfectly for the way the owners use their boat.
